We got married at Thursford Garden Pavilion on 30th July 2026, and it was by far the best day of our lives - we wouldn't change a thing! 

Melissa was absolutely fantastic from our very first viewing right through to the end of the wedding day. She was completely faultless and made us feel so relaxed on the morning - she even went above and beyond, helping with little jobs like folding our name place cards when we least expected it. The day was perfect, and more then we ever imagined it could be! 

The venue itself is beautiful - the air-conditioned Pavilion and Museum are stunning, and we said our vows in the Barn, which looked incredible. All our guests loved the vintage fairground rides too; we'd highly recommend them to any couple - so many happy, smiling faces, beautifully captured by our photographer Hannah Brodie. 

We chose Ginger Lily as our food supplier and they were excellent - wonderful canapés and plenty of menu options, the catering staff were fabulous, and every guest commented on how lovely the food was. 

We stayed at Holly Lodge, which was just perfect. We had all our family over for a pre-wedding celebration, and the Thursford team out it all together beautifully. 

We cannot thank Thursford enough for such an amazing venue and wonderful staff. It's a day we'll cherish forever.​
