CHURCH WEDDING VENUE
If you're dreaming of a classic church wedding with a religious ceremony, guests filling the pews as they eagerly wait to for the music to start so they can turn around and catch the first sight of you in your stunning gown, before filling the nave with heart-felt hymns, then the Church of St Andrew in Thursford is the ideal setting.
This Grade II Listed church is as quaint as it is beautiful, nestled into the Norfolk countryside barely a confetti throw away from the Thursford Garden Pavilion. Dating from the thirteenth century, and today half hidden by greenery, this delightful church was extensively rebuilt in the nineteenth century and the merging of thirteenth century and Gothic Victorian architectures has been hugely successful. There’s also some unique, stunning stained glass here dating from the 1800s.
This venue is at an idyllic spot, providing a gorgeous backdrop to your photos. So it could be the perfect place to say ‘I do’ if you’re after a traditional rural English location and a church service for your wedding.
If that’s the case for you, what more you could possibly want?
